Fortescue, New Jersey is on the
Western side of New Jersey on the Delaware Bay shore. Fortescue is known as "New
Jersey's other Shore." It's more rural than the areas on the Atlantic ocean,
but it has a wonderful charm one can easily grow to love.
Fortescue has wonderful fishing
from the beach and from party boats. Bird watchers flock to Fortescue for the
yearly migration of shore birds which stop to feed on horseshoe crab eggs.
